Pavlovsk

Pavlovsk is a part of Saint Petersburg’s “Pearl necklace”. The park is located on a large territory and is hiding not only alleys and sceneries of splendid beauty but also the buildings of 19th century. During the tour you will visit Pavlovsk palace.

In the palace you can find unique art collections, sculptures, bronze, china, furniture, got as a present from European Royal households.

Throne room, Italian and Greek rooms, picture gallery require special attention of tourists. Since its creation, Pavlovsk park has been famous as the best landscape park in the world. The park is one of the biggest in Europe, its square area is 600 hectares. The corners of the park are decorated with columns, statues and pergolas. The pavilion of the three Graces makes a wonderful impression: if you are looking at it from different sides sometimes it seems to be six columns, sometimes – sixteen. The scenery of the palace and park can help you to plunge into its history and the history of imperial family.
